| 1987 | The capital was increased to 4 million yen in September. |
| 1988 | The capital was increased to 10 million yen in January |
| 1990 | Kagoshima Plant where is located at the southern part of Kyushu has started operation in May. |
| 1991 | The capital was increased to 20 million yen in May |
| 1993 | The capital was increased to 40 million yen in March |

In November, Toshin Kasei has joined the group of Fukuho Teisan Co., Ltd. as a manufacturer , a distributor of high-pressure gases for industry use and for medical use |
